iA river port in Oklahoma
Catoosa sits in Rogers and Wagoner counties and had 7,440 people in 2020. The Tulsa Port of Catoosa opened in 1971 with a 2,000-acre industrial park, and barges from it reach the Mississippi and the Gulf through the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System. Historic Route 66 runs through town, and the Blue Whale sits just east of downtown.
