Pressure wash or soft wash
iiTwo ways to wash, picked by surface
We do both pressure washing and soft washing. Concrete drives, sidewalks and patios can take high pressure, and that’s what lifts the dirt and tire marks out of them. Siding, painted trim and older wood can be damaged by the same pressure, so a house gets a soft wash: low pressure, with a cleaner doing the work instead of the force of the water.
iiiWhere the water goes, by Tulsa rules
The City of Tulsa says only stormwater belongs in the storm drain. If soap, detergent or a degreaser goes in the water, or the water is more than 10°F warmer than the air, all of the wash water has to be captured and sent to the sanitary sewer or hauled off, not left to run down the street drain. Plain water with no cleaner can run off only through absorbent pads, filters or screens. It’s worth knowing before anyone washes your driveway.
ivDecks and fences before stain
A gray deck or fence usually needs a wash before it will take stain evenly. Deck and fence cleaning is part of this service, and deck staining is part of our fence and deck work, so it can be one job instead of two.
